Omaha Restaurant Week

The Twisted Fork is an ecclectic grill and bar in Omaha's Historic Old Market that serves American Food with a cowboy twist. It blends southern hospitality with cowboy bravado featuring comfort food. The Twisted Fork also boasts a top notch signature drink menu and martini list designed by world class mixologist Martin Janica of Argentina and was voted as Omaha's Best New Restaurant when it opened in 2008.

first course options:

• Bruschetta: fresh tomatoes, basil, olive oil, grated parmesan on ciabatta crostinis drizzled with balsamic glaze
• Buck's Fried Pickles: with black pepper-horseradish dipping sauce
• Southwestern Roll: hand made egg rolls stuffed with black beans, chicken, sweet corn and southwestern spices

second course options:

• Tenderloin Medallions Marsalla: beef tenderloin medallions grilled to order and topped with a marsalla mushroom sauce with homemade mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables
• Pitchfork Ranch Meatloaf: with brown sugar-chipotle glaze, mashed potatoes, and rosemary-brown gravy
• Smoked Gouda Mac 'n Cheese with Blackened Chicken: cavatappi pasta finished with our famous gouda cheese sauce topped with grilled blackened chicken

third course options:

• Apple-Pear Crisp: served warm in a cast iron skillet with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
• Red Velvet Cake: topped with cream cheese frosting
• Apricot Raisin Bread Pudding: served warm with a bourbon sauce and vanilla ice cream
